Why is James Gunn “hiding” Superman’s look in the new film?

The filming of Super man – old Superman: Legacy -, Man of Steel’s new feature film, is already happening, but don’t expect to see it David Corenswet (Pearl) uniformed so early. In conversation with fans on Threads, james gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy: Volume 3) revealed that he does not intend to reveal the hero’s uniform anytime soon, for a very plausible reason.

When asked about the matter by a fan, who claimed it was torture that we hadn’t yet seen Superman’s uniform in the new film, the film’s screenwriter and director clarified that the “delay” was justified: “Because the film won’t come out in less than a year”, he explained. Super man will accompany Super man/Clark Kent in the quest to reconcile Kryptonian heritage with human creation. The film will star David Corenswet as the hero and Rachel Brosnahanfrom the series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2017-2023), as the reporter Lois Lanelove interest of Super man.

Super man is scheduled to arrive in Brazilian cinemas on July 10, 2025.
