Actor claims scenes like Mark Ronson were cut from Amy Winehouse biopic

Ronson produced ‘Back To Black’, Amy Winehouse’s album that names the singer’s biopic

Mark Ronson played an important role in recording Back to Black (2006), album by Amy Winehouse which names a new biopic of the singer. Still, the actor Jeff Tunke stated to DailyMail (via NME) that all the scenes he filmed playing Ronson were cut from the film.

Sam Taylor-Johnsondirector of the feature film, however, responded through a representative: “The character of Mark Ronson was never in the film, so it wouldn’t have been possible to ‘cut all the scenes’ involving Mark Ronsonsince they don’t exist.”

Ronsonproducer behind Back to Black, read the film’s script and talked about the subject. “The only thing I know about the film is that I know Sam very well, and I read the script and felt that what he did kindly was… I was reminded of the humor of Winehouse, and he captured that very well,” he said. “I think she just had this smart sense of humor, which is one of her many gifts, and they put that in the film. I’m looking forward to seeing it.”

Back to Black will be starred by Marisa Abelawho recorded and performed the singer’s songs with the approval of her estate Amy. Jack O’Connell will be in the role of Blake Fielder-Civilex-husband of Winehousewhile Eddie Marsan her father will do, Mitch, Juliet Cowan the mother, JanisIt is Lesley Manville the grandma, Cynthia.
