Godzilla x Kong: The New Kingdom, the new installment in the MonsterVerse saga, hits theaters on April 3. The end of Godzilla x Kong
At the end of the film, the giant lizard confronts the titanic gorilla in a series of strikes, nuclear explosions and building destruction in Hong Kong. Godzilla eventually defeats Kong, sparing his life but leaving him on the ground near death. After that, a threat emerges from the depths, Mechagodzilla.
To defeat this steel giant, Nathan (Alexander Skarsgård) manages to resuscitate King Kong using the Hollow Earth Aerial Vehicle (VATC) as a defibrillator. Gia (Caley Hotley) then convinces him to help Godzilla. Titan, greatly weakened by his fight with the giant gorilla, is almost in agony, dominated by Mechagodzilla.
