A Better Life Preview: Episode Summary for Thursday, June 30, 2022 [SPOILERS]

Karim warns Abdel against Vincent Marceau’s methods. When his son asks for help in finding out the identity of his majlis, Karim refuses, insisting that he is completely disconnected.

Meanwhile, Elisa hears her father on the phone. He promises the interlocutor that he will receive a large amount of money, and then arranges a meeting at a construction site at 6 pm. Elisa then suggests that they have dinner together. As she leaves to prepare the meal, Elisa takes the opportunity to look at her tablet.

After which Elisa goes to Abdel. She first asks him if he has any other evidence against his father. Then Abdel shows him the ball he found with Barbara. Elisa admits that she needs to know the truth to move forward. So she tells Abdel that her father demanded to withdraw 100,000 euros from the bank, as well as the address to meet the best man.

In turn, Noah caught Lola with a bouquet of flowers. He continues to lie to her, stating that it is a gift for his mother. In fact, he goes to Betty to propose to her. He realizes on the spot that he has no more electricity. Indeed, the young girl is used to her mother forgetting to pay her bills. When she starts to get angry, Noah manages to calm her down.

In order to honor the promise he made to Lea and therefore feed Aurora only with her mother’s milk, Jean-Paul crosses all of Marseille to find a donor for the milk to give her. However, Jean-Paul is annoyed because the quantity is insufficient to satisfy his daughter’s appetite. But the donor informs him that he prefers premature babies.

Leah, on the other hand, is depressed about running out of milk and relies on her companion to run things in his absence. But, in the face of his daughter’s tears, Jean-Paul allows himself to convince Patrick and gives him powdered milk.

Later, Jean-Paul visits Lea. When he finds out what he did, he takes it very badly.
