The ‘Inventing Anna’ actress is set to play Shalla-Bal, the Silver Surfer’s romantic interest in the comic books
Julia Garner joined the cast of Fantastic Four. The actress, known for her roles in Ozarks (2017 – 2022), Inventing Anna (2022) and The Assistant (2019), should play a kind of female version of the Silver Surfer. She will play Shalla-Bal, a character created in 1968 who represents the romantic interest of Norrin Radd, the Silver Surfer.
