“It all started with a game in my father’s factory. What could I play with? Scrap me!”, says Marina Wolff Perin, from San Paolo (SP), about the beginning of her project of redefining and recycling materials from Boiler factory family manors.
In the portfolio of the brand, called Sucata do Sol, unusual objects made from stainless steel attract attention. like the “colharfo”, which on one side is a fork and on the other a spoon, an object he developed to help people adopt more sustainable attitudes and avoid disposable objects on the street.
Straws, cutlery, tweezers, candle holders, spatulas, sink washers and even tongue scrapers are some of the utility products that can be purchased in your store. He also works with copper and glass, creating pots and vases.
In addition to products intended for a specific use, Marina is also an artist and develops abstract necklaces, paintings and animal sculptures, all with stainless steel left over from the production of solar heaters at her father’s factory.
Marina is an architect by training and, from an early age, she learned to make the most of everything she had to avoid waste.
