One of the most iconic duos of French television will reunite. Elie Semun and Franck Dubosc announced this Saturday, April 6, their desire to revive Les Petites Annonces, a sketch series that was a huge success in the 90s.
Are ads coming back soon?
It was on April 4th, when he was fully promoting the new installment of Dookubu, that Eli Semun confided to our colleagues Recreational television The desire to relaunch the lozenge, which allowed him to become known to the general public.
“If Frank says yes, I’ll do it tomorrow– explained the actor. But really. That’s when he wants. I have many ideas, but I can’t do without him. I can revive Micheline, Rodriguez, and in society there are so many idiots, stupid associations, people who complain about everything, people who complain, who want to assert themselves, who want to exist, there is something to do, it’s funny!”
Frank Dubosk said yes
A guest on La Grande Semaine, M6’s new show, Elie Semyon questioned Ophel Meunier about the return of the announcements. The actor then replied that he is still waiting for confirmation from his friend to make an official announcement.
He then called Frank Dubosk directly and passed the phone to Ophel Meunier. “Frank, we have an official request from the whole La Grande Semaine gang“, he explained.
“We’re with Eli Semoun, who is our first guest, and of course we remember your standout moments in the Les Petites commercials. And we really want to officially ask you to help us relaunch this phenomenon, say yes?– he asked Frank Dubosk.
After a few seconds of pause, the actor answered:I want to say yes!“.

It remains to be seen what the terms of this return will be. Are they going to do a special evening like they did with Les Inconnus or are they really going to run the pastille regularly? Answer in the coming weeks.
Discontinued in the late 2000s, Les Petites Annonces d’Elie was the subject of a reboot in 2015 on C8 and then a special evening on W9 in 2017. In 2020, Eli Semun and Frank Dubose have already discovered sketch time. Everything is allowed on Friday.
