‘Bridgerton’ season 3 trailer shows what we’ll see in the Netflix series
The preview opens with Penelope declaring that she is ready to find a husband. Colin, returning from his travels around the world as a sought-after bachelor, offers to help her and they strike a deal that could test their friendship.
While Colin teaches Penelope how to win suitors, she catches the attention of Lord Debling (Sam Phillips). However, it seems that Colin is also starting to develop feelings for her.
An eye-catching image from the ‘Bridgerton 3’ trailer is that of Eloise Bridgerton with Cressida Cowper, whom she previously rejected and with whom she appears to be forming a friendship. This new alliance comes as a surprise to fans, as it does not appear in the Julia Quinn novels on which the series is based.
It must be remembered that Season 2 of ‘Brigerton’ ended with a powerful battle between Penelope and Eloise after the latter discovered that the former is the author of ‘Lady Whistledown’. The Season 3 trailer shows no signs of reconciliation between the friends, but rather the birth of a new friendship.
In that sense, one of the things the Netflix series will have to deal with in its next installment is whether they reconcile and how Eloise handles her brother falling in love with her former best friend.

Another detail that stands out in this first look at the Netflix series is the evolution of the new protagonist’s style. This change is not only aesthetic, but also reflects character development.
In previous seasons, Penelope appeared in the signature yellow colors of the Featherington family, as well as very elaborate, high hairstyles. However, as it turned out, in this new installment she will adopt a new style that reflects her desire for independence and her growing confidence. The third season of ‘Brigerton’ will have a total of eight episodes divided into two parts. The first four episodes will premiere on May 16, 2024, while the next four will be available from June 13, 2024.
