Alex Poatan took to the octagon of the T-Mobile Arena this Saturday (13) to defend the light heavyweight belt for the first time in the main bout of UFC 300. The Brazilian’s opponent was the American Jamahal Hill, former division champion.
And Poatan didn’t want the fight to last as long as previous ones. As soon as he had the opportunity, the champion defeated his challenger with a great knockout to retain the Ultimate 93kg division title and end on a high note a card full of great moments.

The main fight of UFC 300 began with Poatan not wasting the opportunity to move forward, going for a leg kick. The duel seemed quite studied in the first seconds, with Hill also trying to kick his rival as much as he could.
