The Sympathizer: Did Robert Downey Jr. really shave his head for the series?

Under the credits of The Sympathizer, Robert Downey Jr. returns to television in a quadruple role. For Viet Thanh Nguyen’s Pulitzer Prize-winning adaptation, the Oscar-winning actor (Oppenheimer for the film) steps into the shoes of four characters, each representing a different facet of American society.
