Two matches from the fourth round of the Brasileirão will be part of the CBF action, which will feature blind and visually impaired children
The CBF is preparing a special action for two matches of the fourth round of the Brazilian championship. In the Corinthians x Fluminense matches, on Sunday (28th), and Sao Paulo x Palmeiras, on Monday (29th), 22 blind and partially sighted children will take to the pitch together with the players (in each match). This is an initiative of the organization to support Abril Marrom, a month to prevent and fight blindness in Brazil.
The children are assisted by the Dorina Nowill Para Cegos Foundation, in Sao Paulo. With the slogan “Take this vision”, the phrase will be displayed on banners and LEDs before matches and during half-time.
After entering the field, the children, together with their parents and guardians, will follow the game using audio description equipment.
