Constance wants Teissier to resign

After giving her husband an ultimatum – to choose between their relationship and the position of director at the institute – Constance spent the weekend with a friend. Back at the institute, he sees Teissier waiting for him outside the hospital with a bouquet of flowers. He apologizes to her, regretting that he passed on her. Constance says she doesn’t want to fight. But she refuses to isolate her husband in order to make her blue-screen dream come true. Teissier promises to consider a break once the master’s student strike is resolved.

Especially since this strike has grown: it has spread to other promotions of the institute and has been broadcast by several big leaders on the networks. Clotilde emphasizes that this harms the image of the school. But Teissier insists he has arguments to convince students to put an end to it.

He goes to Double A, where all the graduate students are gathered. They are still asking to keep the master – which Teissier was going to abolish in order to finance Bleupre. The latter entrusts them with an oath that he will keep his master’s degree for at least one year. He then proposed to organize a rotation system for managing the Bleupré restaurant. Each of the Master’s young chefs will have the opportunity to manage it for two months by developing their own menu. After making sure he was going to correct the mistakes, Teissier let the students discuss his suggestions with each other.

If Enzo is fully satisfied with Tayce’s suggestions, Mehdi is safe. He has trouble trusting the director and suspects that he always wanted to put Anais on the bleupree. The latter says that he is not going to apply. On the way he reconciles with Enzo. In any case, all students agree to end the strike.

For his part, Teissier talks about the proposals he made to the graduate students to the rest of the educational board. After leaving, Antoine states that his idea of ​​rotation in bluepress is very interesting and enriching for the students. Claire and Rose are much less enthusiastic about Tessier’s methods. Clotilde suggests that everyone will have to decide for themselves whether or not they will vote for her in Wednesday’s vote.

Teissier, on the other hand, finds his wife in Institute Park. After the student strike is over, he promises her that things will go back to normal as her colleagues no longer have any leverage to fire her. He then suggests to Constance that they meet face-to-face the following week on vacation. But this is not enough for Constance. She expresses her wish for him to resign and go to the Lands together, where they had a great time together before they got married. Constantia refuses to return home and advises her husband to think about it alone.

Later, Teissier visits the master students, including Enzo, Jude and Mehdi, in the Blaupre kitchens. He puts them to work, instructing them to start brainstorming menu ideas. Undecided at first, Mehdi eventually becomes convinced.

At night, unable to sleep, Tessier begins to bake. Berenia surprises him and easily assumes that he cannot sleep because of the situation between him and Constance. Berenice thinks she should go with him to the Landes. At the same time, Captain Brassak knocks on the door. When Teissier opens the door, the policeman tells him that the Bleupre had caught fire in the evening. The cause of the fire is still unknown, but everything was burnt…

Bill and Tom meet at a singles club

In the park, Billy and Maya discuss the strike that will shake the institution. During the discussion, Maya heard from Billy about her breakup with Tom. The young girl admits that she is at the bottom, although she knows that she must take responsibility for her decision. Maya officially joins him in her singles club and goes clubbing with them later that evening to get things out of the way.

Later, in the locker room, Billy realizes that Leonard made the same offer to Tom and that he accepted. Although he offers to leave the club if it makes him uncomfortable, Bill acts as if it doesn’t bother him.

At work, Tom asks Bill about a problem with the card machine. He takes the opportunity to mention how cool he thinks it is that they can continue to talk to each other and learn to be friends. Bill immediately slows her down: he prefers that they live separately. Seeing the tone rising, Leonard intervenes. He suggests moving in the evening to avoid problems between them. Instead, Tom says he won’t come.

Leroy’s talent is being questioned

In the park, Jasmine and David take advantage of the strike to cool off. However, David regrets not attending Leroy’s class on molecular cooking. This does not apply to Jasmine. The young girl, not suspecting that the interested person understands this, criticizes him, saying that he is just good at cooking, not cooking.

After the strike is over, Jasmine, David, Jimmy and Thibaut go to Leroy’s classroom workshop. He decides to change the program and offers the students a challenge: each of them must prepare a dish that they will also have to cook at the same time.

At the end of the test, Leroy and the students taste each person’s plates to decide between them. Every time, Leroy’s plate is named the best… except Jasmine. The leader is forced to bow. He tells the young girl that she was right: she knows how to show off, but she doesn’t know how to cook to a good standard in the kitchen. Jasmine is suddenly uncomfortable.
