Box office success, Dune: part 2 just reached $700 million (around R$3.5 billion) at the global box office, becoming the highest-grossing film of 2024, so far. Directed by Denis Villeneuve, the sequel broke records in March and surpassed $600 million less than a month ago.

With an investment of 190 million dollars, Dune 2 brings back several names from the cast of the first film, such as Zendaya, Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Dave Bautista, Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin.
