Captain America 4: The 2025 Marvel Movie reveals one of its new characters

After three solo feature films and four Avengers adventures (plus fun appearances in Thor 2 and Spider-Man Homecoming ), Steve Rogers left Captain America’s shield and returned to the 1930s to see if he wasn’t there. Not Sam ‘Fawcon’ Wilson as his successor, as he did in the Marvel comics.

After the transition, in the series Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the superhero played by Anthony Mackie will do his duty in Captain America – Brave New World, the release of which has been postponed to February 12, 2025 in French cinemas. But who will take his wings and his legacy?

Anyone who has seen the series airing on Disney+ in 2021 and the teaser for its final episode already has an idea of the answer. His name is Joaquin Torres (Danny Ramirez). As in the comics, this US Air Force pilot will become the new Falcon, and a visual from director Julius Ona’s feature film (The Cloverfield Paradox) confirms it by revealing his suit.

Unlike the original material, Joaquin Torres will not become a creature that is a cross between a human and a falcon, but will instead gain his abilities through Sam Wilson-like technology. While this isn’t the first look at the Marvel movie, as two official photos are already circulating, the character hasn’t been seen in any visuals before.

No doubt coming from one of the manufactured products, the latter may be followed by others. If fans are hoping to find the Israeli superhero Sabra (played by Shira Haas, the announcement of the mini-series Unorthodox), the most anticipated is undoubtedly the Red Hulk, played by Harrison Ford, who replaces the late William Hurt in the shoes of Thaddeus Ross. , was apparently promoted to President of the United States.
