A Paulista University (Unip) will offer the free service to residents who need to declare theirs Income Tax (IR). This year the deadline for filing the declaration is the end of this month. Find out what you need to participate:

The service will be provided by the institute’s Accounting Sciences course and will be active from 18 to 25 May. According to the university, the service will take place on a first-come, first-served basis from 9am to 1pm at one of the institute’s campuses offering training. Being them:
- St. Paul: Alphaville, Anchieta, Chácara Santo Antônio, Marquês de São Vicente, Norte (Vila Guilherme), Paraíso and Tatuapé.
- Within the state: Araraquara, Campinas (Swift), Jundiaí, Limeira, Ribeirão Preto, Santos, São José do Rio Preto, São José do Rio Pardo, São José dos Campos and Sorocaba.
- Goias: in the capital Goiânia.
Addresses can be checked on Unip website. AND important that the interested party has the following documents in hand:
- RG and CPF.
- Report on income from payment sources (employer, rent, INSS, etc.).
- Financial income report where you maintain a bank account.
- List of dependents and related CPF and dates of birth.
- Proof of medical expenses of the taxpayer and his dependents (payments made to doctors, dentists, psychologists, laboratory tests, etc.).
- Evidence of educational expenses incurred by the taxpayer and his dependents (payments made relating to Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Secondary Education and Higher Education, such as university courses, post-graduate, master’s, doctorate , professional and specialization courses).
- Renavam number, for declaration of motor vehicles.
- To declare properties it is necessary to communicate: date of acquisition, area of the property, municipal registry registration (IPTU), registration with the public body and registration with the real estate registry.
- Copy of the last declaration delivered, including the delivery receipt, if available.
