Messi was one of the guests at the catwalk presented by Camille Cotin, during which Meryl Streep received an honorary Palme d’Or from Juliette Binoche.
At this 77th edition of the festival, we got to meet Messi the dog again, who was equipped with a microphone and a camera on the red carpet yesterday. He will literally be the star of a short format by France Télévisions with Raphael Mezrahi.
“He’s a star, Messi is going to interview the stars in Cannes, I’ll lend him my voice, you’ll give it back, right Messi?” the French comedian told AFP, sitting on a sofa next to him. The famous eight-year-old Border Collie reports BFM TV.
The program is called “Messi, the festival seen at the height of Cannes” and will be available in eight one-minute episodes on France 2, France 3, Culturebox and TV5 Monde tomorrow, May 16.
The 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival will last until May 25, 2024.
