Deadpool 3: Record Length for 2024’s Most Anticipated Superhero Movie?

Sean Levy’s Deadpool & Wolverine is coming out in just two months. But the reunion of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman is so highly anticipated that advance sales for the feature film have just opened in the United States.

Thus, the movie site AMC Theater Updated the database with the duration of Deadpool & Wolverine. The featurette, which marks the arrival of the irreverent superhero in the MCU, should run for 127 minutes, or 2h07.

The information has not been officially confirmed by Marvel, but if true, it is the longest film in the franchise since Deadpool, which was released in 2016, lasted 1h48, and its sequel, released two years later, lasted 1h59. On the other hand, it’s not the longest Marvel movie since the prize was awarded to Avengers: Endgame, which lasted 3:01.

The two friends will be Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), Karan Son (Dopinder), Rob Delaney (Peter) and Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic), Emma Corinne (Cassandra Nova), Jennifer Garner (Elektra), Aaron Stanford (Pyro) and Ray Park (Toad ). The film will also bring back many mutants and heroes from the MCU.

The announcement of the length of the film follows a new trailer (seen above) and an official synopsis, in which we learn that the Tribunal of Anachronistic Variations (TVA) found in Loki will be at the center of the film. It’s indicated that “Deadpool & Wolverine” will have to work together to defeat a series of villains that plague the Marvel Universe, but they will also shake up the MCU franchise and bring changes to our favorite moments from 1 to 4.

Therefore, a new Marvel movie should allow us to go back in time and revisit key moments from previous MCU works, with the possibility of changing them…
