We learn that Damon Lindelof (Lost and Watchmen) and Chris Mundy (Ozark) have joined DC’s next Green Lantern series, titled Lanterns, as writers.
James Gunn, CEO of DC Studios, confirmed the news on Instagram:
“Yes, this is the truth. The DCU’s Lanterns series assembles a crack team of writers based on the excellent pilot script and script by Chris Mundy, Tom King and Damon Lindelof. We welcome Chris and @damonlindelof to join DC Studios (no need to welcome old @tomking_tk who has been here since the beginning).“

Damon Lindelof is best known as the co-creator and showrunner of the sci-fi classic series Lost, which aired during its golden age in the 2000s, and the miniseries Watchmen, which aired in 2019 on HBO. What is the new Green Lantern series?
Last January, James Gunn and Peter Safran, co-head of DC Studios, announced that the Green Lantern series, called Lanterns, would be one of the first ten movies and TV shows in the new DC Universe.
