Zachary Cardone is moving to Lille

Charlene escaped with a burn on her shoulder after setting fire to Bleupre on Cardon’s orders. She hides from her parents to apply the healing cream. When her mother joins her for breakfast, the young girl gets dressed. Constance always wants to reassure Charlene that Teissier is truly happy to have her back. At the same time, Charlene receives a message from Cardone, who arranges a meeting with her.

So Charlene finds Cardone in her car in the swamp. The latter expects him to retain his father’s suspicions of Livio until the end of his master class at the institute. Before Charlene leaves, Cardone checks on her and says he’s worried about her. Charlene doesn’t believe a word of it. As for him, he regrets that he destroyed his father’s dream. Cardone reminds him that he did it because he was angry and that he had every right to because his father doesn’t respect him as a leader. However, Cardone insists that she has what it takes to become a great cook and promises to help her prove it.

Charlene is approached by Anais at the institute. After searching Livio’s room with Swamp’s roommate, the latter found nothing incriminating. So she asks Charlene to carry out her plan by talking the young man up. Livio is just walking through the park and Anais pushes Charlene closer. So he joins her at his desk. But he doesn’t mention the Blueprint fire. He accuses Livio of strangling his father. Livio replies that he shouldn’t judge her because they’re in the same camp: they were both released from Blaupre so Taycy placed Anais there.

In the kitchen, Charlene informs Anais that she didn’t get anything from Livio, but she’s managing the situation. Teissier surveys the students in his master class, displeased with their suggestions for their signature dessert. Only the proposal of Anais, who decides to work on the bitterness of the chocolate cake, finds approval in his eyes. When Charlene presents her idea for a dessert inspired by the Camargue, explaining that it has to do with childhood memories of her father taking her to the marshes to comfort her after moving to the region, Teissier brushes her off. He thinks he can do better.

A little later, Zachary comes into the kitchen and asks to speak to Teyssier. While they are isolated in a cold room, Charlene spies on them. He overhears Zachary telling his father that Livio was on duty all night at the restaurant where Bleupre caught fire. He adds that Cardone assumed he had no chance of getting his hands on the student criminal. Zachary deduces that he is someone close to Teyssier. A panicked Charlene demands an urgent meeting with Cardon.

He finds her at the commissary and confronts her about what she just heard. Cardone reassures him, explaining that this was a way to turn Zachary around, which he suspected. She promises Charlene that Taysier will never suspect her and will never be able to trace her.

At the end of the day, Zachary picks up Leticia from the management office so they can go home together. Cardone catches them kissing. Before they leave, he holds Zacharias. Alone with her, Cardone threatens to reveal the truth about his double life to Laetitia unless she obeys him: he then forces her to leave the institute to be transferred to his school in Lille…

Thelma continues to make progress

At the atelier, Solal discovers that Thelma has been working all night on a sunflower seed risotto. She presents him with the 21st attempt. After tasting it, Solal approves of it, despite the rice being slightly overcooked. He then assures Thelma that he will be there for her when she gives Chef Armand a taste of her dish. Thelma is glad to have such a friend.

Later, Thelma makes Clotilda taste her risotto, who still finds fault. Telma accepts the criticism, then leaves. Solal defends him to Clotilde, who replies that he is blinded by his feelings for the young girl.

Solal and David find Thelma at CDI. Solali apologizes for forcing her to ask Chef Armaan’s advice. But Tlma was not hurt. The fact that he worked so hard to make something better really made him happy. So much so that he’s going back to working on his risotto to keep improving instead of going to parties. Leaving CDI, she kisses Solal on the cheek to thank him for his help. David wonders how his friend will be able to get out of the friend zone.

Claire drowns her sorrows in alcohol

At the studio, Vicky trains with Claire and offers to work on food-cocktail combinations. He made a cocktail using whiskey and saffron for one of his recipes.

At the same time, Olivia arrives, thinking the room was available. Before leaving, she discreetly asks Claire to return the rest of her belongings to the Institute so she doesn’t have to bring them back home. Claire accepts.

As Olivia leaves, Claire goes back to Vicki’s cocktail and decides to try another one. By the end of their coaching session, Claire is completely drunk. Desperate, Vicki asks her sister for help. Hortense decides to sneak up on her carefully.

At the park, the Rochemont sisters take Claire home. But their teacher’s situation worsens: she starts crying and says that she ruined everything with Olivia.
