The largest tax-free Chopp in Sao Paulo will be in the next few days

Sao Paulo’s biggest tax-free beer is back. On June 6, ILISP – Instituto Liberal de São Paulo will hold its annual event to raise awareness among the population about the impact of taxes on every person’s life.

For 147 days. This was the time every Brazilian worked in 2023 just to pay taxes according to the IBPT. And this year the situation is even worse.

According to Taximeter According to the Commercial Association of Sao Paulo (ACSP), Brazilians have already paid almost R$1.5 trillion in taxes in 2024 alone. Compared to 2023, there was a 21.7% increase in the volume of taxes collected by the Brazilian state.

To raise awareness among the population about the impact of taxes on every person’s life, ILISP – Instituto Liberal de São Paulo resumes this year the Chopp Without Tax, the largest event of its kind in the city of São Paulo. The last edition, held before the pandemic, had 350 people in attendance, and the prediction is that the 2024 edition, to be held on June 4, will attract up to 600 people.

All those who register on the list of events, available on the site www.semiposto.org , will compete for R$ 250 reais in consumption on the day of the event. The exact time and location of the event will be communicated only to those registered on the list.

Warming up for the 2024 Liberal Forum

Chopp Sem Tax will be a warm-up event for the Liberal Forum 2024, an event taking place June 11-12 at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, also in São Paulo.

The event features panels on Operation Lava Jato, liberal solutions for municipalities, free labor, entrepreneurship and private solutions to public problems.
