The actress shoots between Marseille and Paris with Diane Kruger, a thriller directed by Yann Gozlan.
After his first foray into French cinema with the Spanish-French co-production ‘Madre’, directed by Rodrigo Sorogoyen, Martha Grandson returns to the Gallic country to shoot ‘Visions’this time under the command of Yann Gozlan.
The film tells the story of Estelle, a long-distance flight pilot who plays Diana Kruger, who leads a methodical and orderly life with her protective husband Guillaume (Mathieu Kassovitz). Everything begins to change when the endless flights and jet lag begin to cause problems with sleep and anxiety for Estelle. At the Nice airport, she will have a chance encounter with Anna (Marta Nieto), a photographer with whom she had a passionate affair two decades ago, which will unleash a complex and irrational spiral of events.
Gozlan, director of ‘Black Box’ or ‘The Perfect Man’, repeats in this film the thriller formula that he manages so well. Produced by Eagles Team Entertainment and 24 25 Films, ‘Visions’ will shoot between Paris and Marseille until the end of July.
Marta lives one of her best professional moments. She has pending release ‘Tropiques’, another French thriller set in the year 2041 and directed by Edouard Salier; ‘Edén’, Estefanía Cortés’ debut feature in which she shares the bill with Charlotte Vega, Israel Elejalde and Ramón Barea; and ‘La manzana de oro’, directed by Jaime Chávarri and with Sergi López, Adrián Lastra, Vicky Peña and Ginés García Millán, among others.
