The actor Humberto Martins63 years old, famous for his roles as “heartthrob” in TV Globo soap operas, has opened up and revealed that he had already asked to no longer participate in the broadcaster’s work of the Marino family for being annoyed by the behavior of the production team and colleagues on set.

In an interview with Aloha Podcastpresented by surfer Rico de Souza, Martins was asked if there were ever roles he refused to take. Without naming the names of the colleagues or the soap operas in question, the actor revealed that he had already asked to leave some productions.

“‘There were’ soap operas that I actually asked to leave, due to so much disorder, so much degradation, incompetence on the part of the production with respect to schedules, privileges granted to others, situations in which I never put myself .It started to bother me and I saw that he hasn’t changed,” the actor said.

Martins stated that, under circumstances with which he did not agree, he informed the general production management that he was leaving the plot. “I said: look, I’m not happy, I’m not satisfied, it’s too messy for my taste, I don’t like working with people like that, I’m serious, I like organisation, everything is so ‘Straight.’

The actor also criticized his co-stars who, according to him, couldn’t memorize the lyrics and used him as a ‘coach’: “He doesn’t arrive ready, it takes hours, he arrives two or three hours late, he doesn’t arrive, It ruins my whole day. And no one has any attitude, there at the center of the novel.”

After having participated in dozens of soap operas, miniseries and programs on TV Globo, Humberto Martins ended his permanent relationship with the broadcaster in 2022, after starring in Travessia, written by Glória Perez.
