The cast of “The Boys” intends to watch the Palmeiras game

Actor Antony Starr, who plays Captain Fatherland in “The Boys,” has revealed that the cast of the Amazon Prime Video series will take advantage of their stay in Brazil to catch a football match. The match chosen was the match between Palmeiras and Cerro Porteño for the second round of Copa Libertadores, which will be played on Wednesday (6/7), at 19:15, at Allianz Parque.

“I think we’re going to a Palmeiras football game on Tuesday or Wednesday – I’m not sure. We’ll do that and go to good restaurants. On vacation,” Starr said in one of the “interviews” released in a “speed dating” format at Palácio Tangará, in Sao Paulo, Monday evening (7/4). For the occasion, the cast and the press attended a premiere of the last episode of the 3rd season.

In addition to Starr, actors Jack Quaid (who plays Hughie Campbell), Karl Urban (Billy Bruto), Jensen Ackles (Soldier Boy), Nathan Mitchell (Black Noir), Karen Fukuhara (Kimiko), Claudia Doumit (Victoria Neuman) and series creator Eric Kripke – who posed for photos and shared some smiles with the press, praising the welcome they are receiving in the country.

Captain Pátria’s interpreter also brought praise to Brazil for the posts on his Instagram. “Great first day in Brazil. I really enjoyed it here. Great people,” she wrote, along with a photo of the event.

The last chapter of the third season of “The Boys” will air next Friday (8/7) on Amazon Prime Video.
