Song Ki-baek (Go Kyung-pyo) is a journalist with many years of experience as a news anchor in Korean newspapers. Regardless of the situation she has to report, she never loses her composure and carries out her work in the most professional manner possible.
One day he suffers an accident at work in the studio and receives a huge electric shock. Even if nothing has changed on the outside, on the inside it is no longer the same: just one occasion is enough and Ki-baek tells others what he wants, without any filter or empathy, that his comments are bad: polite and offensive.
If before he was in the best moment of his professional life, now it seems like everything always ends badly. Eventually, her job in television is threatened, but only until she meets a young writer named On Woo-ju (Kang Han-na). The woman was looking for a new face for her variety show and is enchanted by Ki-baek’s new personality.
Despite the new job opportunity, the journalist can’t help but think about all the things that constantly go wrong in his life. Will this new partnership with On Woo-ju save his career?
