Two publications created by the Indian site Smartprix point out that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will cost from US$1,099 (~R$5,900), while Galaxy Z Fold 6 will start at US$1,899 (~R$10,250)

According to reports, the expectation is that the foldables will cost $100 more than last year, an increase that may not please potential buyers.

The price in Brazil is not yet known and there is no way to say, at least for now, whether the aggressive national strategy will be abandoned with the debut of the new models. As a result, the prices charged for different storage options on the international market would be:

• Galaxy Z Flip 6
• 256 GB for 1,099 USD (~R$ 5,900)
• 512GB for 1,219 USD (~R$6,600)

• Galaxy Z Fold6
• 256GB for US$1,899 (~R$10,250)

For comparison purposes, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 debuted in the United States with a cost of $999 for the 256GB model and $1,119 for the 512GB option.

Already the Galaxy Z Fold5 it launched for $1,799 for the 256GB version, $1,919 for the 512GB model, and $2,159 for the 1TB storage option.

In Brazil, the Z Flip 5 starts at R $ 7,999, while the more powerful Z Fold 5 debuted starting at R$13,799. Both models can be found at a huge discount at national retailers. The launch of the new Samsung foldables for 2024 is scheduled for July 24, two days before the opening of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
