After two years of waiting, Season 4 of The Boys is finally available on Prime Video! Fans have finally been able to discover the first three episodes of this fiction based on the comic of the same name by Garth Enn and Darick Robertson and developed by Eric Kripke.
Already renewed for a fifth and final season, the series rated 4.4 out of 5 by AlloCiné viewers still has a bright future. And it surprises us more and more, as evidenced by the first episodes of the 4th season.
Famous actor gives voice in “Boys”
From the first episode of The Boys season 4, we have a pleasant surprise: a vocal cameo from a very big movie star who… slips into the skin of an octopus! And not just any octopus, because it’s Ambrosus, The Fishman’s (The Deep) new “companion” played by Chace Crawford.
Remember, Fish Man took Ambrosus, which was found in the Twins’ house after participating in an orgy between the Supers. And the fisherman developed a strong attraction to the octopus, to the point of having sexual intercourse with it.
This “romance” eventually ends his marriage to Cassandra, who unceremoniously dumps him after trying to convince him to spice up their intimate life with a third partner.
In season 4, we learn that the fish-man is very lonely, and he still maintains a relationship with Ambrosius, whom he hides in an aquarium at his home. And these new episodes show that octopuses can talk! He’s a very famous British actor who voices Ambrosius, but you know what?

Octopus is played vocally by none other than… Tilda Swinton! The actor known for his roles in The Chronicles of Narnia, We Need to Talk About Kevin, Moonrise, The Snowman, Transpersonage and Only Lovers Left Alive played an octopus for some amazing sequences to keep the boys entertained.
