Between 1996 and 2008, Sous le soleil was TF1’s heyday. And even today, it’s hard not to read the credits when it comes on television, because the series left its mark on an entire generation.
We’re not the only ones who haven’t forgotten her, as Benedicte Delmas (Lore), Tonya Kinzinger (Jessica) and Adeline Blondio (Caroline) are still friends.
A few weeks ago, they even offered their fans a live performance in which they went behind the scenes of the series. And it’s not the first time since Adeline Blondio always takes the time to share a few anecdotes about the sunny series.
On June 9, he specifically talked about shooting love scenes during the series. And the least we can say is that he doesn’t have good memories of it: “Today, these sections are controlled by intimacy coordinators who are there to organize the choreography and put people at ease, but that didn’t exist before!”

He continues: “We had a director who held us in his hands and said, “Keep going! “. For me, it put me in deep trouble, because I had to manage it alone. I found myself in front of actors who, for the most part, tried to take advantage of the situation. Except for the girl with whom I exchanged a few kisses.”
“Put out your tongue, I’ll bite it in my teeth”
“I had to establish very strict rules that kissing was done without exchanging tongues, I’ll cut my teeth, if you persist, I’ll bite you and you won’t come back. He said that he still stands out from this experience.
He then takes the opportunity to share a laudatory passage where Bernard Montiel, his former partner, confides with a laugh about their collaboration:
“I stuck out my tongue while kissing her, she bit her tongue (…) We are a very nice girl. I had to kiss her in the movie and everyone told me that I couldn’t touch her tongue.”
“It didn’t amuse me at the time”
However, as Adeline Blondio explains so well in the video’s caption, it’s far from a laughing matter: “I wasn’t amused at the time, and I’m not amused today. I’m confused and I don’t really know what to think about it.” Suffice it to say, he has more than just good memories from this period.
