- Five qualified homicides (bad motive, resource that made it difficult to defend the victims and crime committed to secure the advantage of another crime);
- Theft of the victims’ cell phone and vehicle;
- Arsonist of the house with dead and injured inside;
- Destruction of corpses during a fire;
- Three attempted murders.
A sixth suspect was also arrested, reported only for criminal association.
