Jennifer Lawrence to star in mystery inspired by Real Housewives

Jennifer Lawrencein What Time Will I Pick You Up? (2023), will star in a new mystery film produced by Apple Original Films in partnership with A24. The novelty, called The Wives(The Wivesin free translation), will be based on the reality show Real Housewives. The information is from Variety.

In the American television program, we follow the luxurious and drama-filled lives of a group of women. Real Housewivesdebuted in 2006, located in Orange County, California, in the United States, and gained several versions over the years, including a Brazilian one, Rich womenshown between 2012 and 2013.

Written by Michael Breslin It is Patrick Foleyfinalists for the Pulitzer Prize for the play Circle Jerk, The Wives will be set in the same dramatic universe as these rich women, but it will be a mystery in style whodunnitin which a crime happens and the characters need to find out who was responsible.

The novelty does not yet have a release date, but it is announced two years after the launch of Ticketalso produced by Apple Original Films and A24, and starring Jennifer Lawrence It is Brian Tyree Henry (Eternals), who even competed for the Best Supporting Actor award at this year’s Oscars.
