Based on the book of the same name by Charles Graeber, “The Night Nurse” is a thriller about serial killer Charles Cullen, who murdered dozens of patients over a 16-year period at several hospitals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

This psychological drama explores the relationship between FBI Agent Bill Hagmaier and infamous serial killer Ted Bundy.
The film is based on actual recorded conversations between the two during Bundy’s final days in prison. Elijah Wood plays Bill Hagmaier, while Luke Kirby plays Ted Bundy.

The mystery drama, “Lost Girls,” tells the true story of Mari Gilbert, a mother who tries to find her missing daughter.
However, his research ends up uncovering a series of unsolved murders of young prostitutes in the Long Island area, committed by a serial killer.
Amy Ryan plays Mari Gilbert. The cast also includes Thomasin McKenzie.

Directed by Spike Lee (“Do the Right Thing,” “Klansman”), “The Summer of Sam” is a thriller about serial killer David Berkowitz, known as “Son of Sam.”
The plot takes place in the summer of 1977, in New York, during the murders committed by the criminal.
The film focuses on a group of fictional characters from the Bronx and explores the effects of these events on them. The cast includes names such as John Leguizamo, Adrien Brody and Mira Sorvino.

Directed by John McNaughton (“Wild Girls”), “Henry” is a horror film loosely based on real-life serial killers Henry Lee Lucas and Ottis Toole.
The film follows the murders committed by Henry (Michael Rooker) and his relationship with Otis (Tom Towles), his friend and former cellmate, and Becky (Tracy Arnold).

Directed by cult filmmaker Richard Fleischer (“20,000 Leagues Under the Sea”), “The Man with the Dragon Tattoo” is loosely based on the true story of Albert DeSalvo, aka “The Boston Strangler.”
Tony Curtis plays Albert DeSalvo and received praise for his performance. The cast also includes Henry Fonda.
