TF1 never ceases to delight fans of the detective genre! Following The Recruit, Mademoiselle Holmes and Master Crimes, Channel One has just announced that a new detective series is in production. Director and producer Dominic Farrugia is expected to have a lot of curious people together when it comes out.
Bernard Le Coq, Clementine Cellarie and Naima Rodrique in the casting
Titled A Family Investigation, it has to be said that this new fiction already benefits from a 5-star cast, as it will feature Bernard Le Coq (Une Famille Formidable), Clementine Cellarie and Naima Rodrique.
A trio of talented actors on a pitch that is seductive to say the least. Indeed, according to a press release issued by TF1, there is some pretty crazy news ahead: “A couple of Breton hardware merchants, Claire and Philippe Rochette, are crazy about serials and detective novels.”
“They’re going to take their daughter Charlene”
“To satisfy their lust, they plan to move their daughter Charlene, a police captain, from Paris to Rennes to intervene in his investigation. Charlene doesn’t need to solve them, but they do: they investigate as a family. !”
A world that Naima Rodrik knows well, as the young woman played a police captain for two years in the daily series Tomorrow Belongs to Us. Lisa Hassan, her character, recently told her loved ones that she was going to move to Berlin to follow her little sister, who was enrolled in a mainstream school.
Is this departure related to this completely new role? One thing is clear, the Belgian actress is not going to leave our screens. It remains to be seen when this new series will air on TF1. However, we will no doubt have to be patient as filming begins this Monday, July 15 in Brittany.
Therefore, of course, we will be able to discover the first episode of “Enquête en famille” before 2025.
