Adaptation of the famous action role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic world, Borderlands shows its final trailer
When Borderlands Arrived at PlayStation 3 Back in 2009, no one had much faith in “another post-apocalyptic open world title”. However, its stylized action RPG graphics with a lot of dark humor and extremely fun gameplay won over fans, so much so that it started a franchise, which got sequels and… even an adaptation. And the final trailer just arrived this Wednesday (24).

In Borderlands: The fate of the universe is at stakeLilith (Cate Blanchett) returns to her home planet Pandora to find the lost daughter of the powerful Atlas (Edgar Ramirez). Upon arrival, he forms an unexpected alliance with former mercenary Roland (Kevin Hart) and demolitions expert Tiny Tina (Ariana Greenblat).
Rounding out the group are Tina’s protector Kreig (Floran Munteanu), the mad scientist Tannis (Jamie Lee Curtis), and the hilarious robot Claptrap (Jack Black). They also interact with Commander Knoxx (Janina Gavankar), a new character created specifically for the adaptation.

Borderlands has been in development for years and passed from the hands of director Eli Roth, in 2022, to his friend Tim Miller, also known for directing Dead PoolThe film will be released in Brazil on August 8.
