Universal Pictures released, last Wednesday (24), a new trailer for Speak No Evil, remake of Danish terror snails (2022), also known as Speak No Evilstarring James McAvoy(X-Men: First Class).

What is the story of Speak No Evil?

In the story, a Danish couple and their daughter end up meeting another couple and their son, a boy who was born without a language, while traveling. They develop a rapport and the boy’s parents invite the other family to visit them in their home.

They accept and everything goes well for the first few days, but soon the hosts’ passive-aggressive and even abusive behavior begins to bother the guests, who do everything they can to leave the place safely.

Who else is in the cast of the new feature?

In addition to McAvoythe cast of the new version of Speak No Evil count with Mackenzie Davis (Terminator: Dark Fate), Scott McNairy (A Quiet Place: Part II), Alix West Lefler (Riverdale), Aisling Franciosi (game of Thrones) and the newcomer Daniel Hough.

Written and directed by James Watkins (The woman in Black) and produced by Jason Blum (Five Nights at Freddy’s – The Neverending Nightmare), Speak No Evil is scheduled to premiere on September 12 in Brazilian cinemas. Watch the trailer:
