The scene, which also stars actress Ana Paula Arósio, was part of the series finale, which aired in 2000. The puzzle involved knowing the identity of the child actor, who is still on screen today.
“It’s me! That’s right, more than 20 years ago. This is the last chapter of Our land. There is a curious fact, which is the following: That day I went out to play at the Globo studios and I sat on an anthill, that red and warm ant, you know?”, recalls Prattes.
The actor continued: “My grandmother was with me, she took care of me, she took off my clothes, I was all in tatters, in tears. I remember the feeling, a lot of people worried, they calmed me down. It was so beautiful, special scene, this soap opera that marked a generation. It was a pleasure to do it.”
