Chocolate Dulce De Leche Compote

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of milk

Chocolate:

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 6 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Preparation method:

  1. Place the milk and sugar in a large saucepan over low heat, with an upside-down saucer inside the pan, and cook for 40 minutes or until thickened and a creamy dulce de leche forms, stirring a couple of times.
  2. Turn off and let cool.
  3. For the chocolate, heat the condensed milk, chocolate and butter over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
  4. Turn off and let cool.
  5. Sterilize 5 glass jars and divide the dulce de leche and chocolate between them, mixing to make it marbled.
  6. Close the jars and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
