Will Milan join the pop-up restaurant brigade?
At the pop-up restaurant, Enzo tells Vic, Billy and Tom that he is the victim: Milan is asking for a clerkship in his brigade, or he will report Vic to the gendarmerie. While Tommy and Vicki admit they are ready to go there, Enzo flatly refuses. Tom, not wanting to get involved, prefers to give up the apron and make room.
So Enzo goes to the management office to ask the elder DeLobel, now the director of the institute, to hire Milan as a clerk after Tommy’s departure, claiming that the latter wanted to concentrate on the master’s competition. Enzo claims that Milan is a raw talent that he learned on the job by training in the traffic jams of Lyon. DeLobel agrees to test him by tasting one of his dishes that evening.
So Enzo meets Milan at the studio to practice making a recipe using zucchini. But the latter finds it difficult to fulfill all his instructions. He does not understand vocabulary and does not know how to use a siphon. Annoyed, the young man decides to leave the place, leaving Enzo in charge of convincing DeLobel.
Enzo can then count on Vicki to prepare the recipe as if Milan had prepared it. At the same time, Judy arrives at the studio and scolds the couple for not being aware of the situation. He tries to communicate and is especially interested in the meal they are preparing. Enzo and Vicky pretend it’s a pop-up menu idea, but they get away with it. After Jude leaves, Vicky admits to her boyfriend that she’s scared to see Milan again after what happened on the barge.
Milan, on the other hand, was isolated in the park to watch a video tutorial on using a siphon. When Anais comes to join him, he tells her about the test he has to take with DeLobele and makes him feel out of place. The young woman believes that her passion for cooking is enough and encourages her. Before getting ready, Milan kisses her. Anais is under a spell.
Milan finds Enzo and Vic at a pop-up restaurant. They brought a plate that they had prepared for him. Milan just has to finish dressing and then serve the dish to Jude and DeLobel. In front of the chef, Milan confirms that he spent 6 years in the traffic jam of Lyon. After tasting the dish, DeLobel said he needed to see it in action.
Milan agrees to reproduce the recipe, but without using the siphon. DeLabel tastes his dish again and notes the difference in texture for the Parmesan Espuma. On the other hand, the level of the dish as a whole is satisfactory enough to get the chef to join the pop-up brigade. Milan is excited. While Enzo calms her down, Vicky is still nervous about being at Milan’s mercy…
Mateo makes a big decision
At the park, Judy finds Mateo looking over a day of practice. He checks the call of the new manager of Chez Léonine, which will soon reopen. Matteo still plans to return the restaurant. Judy is confident in her ability to graduate. While her boyfriend is leaving for an internship at the amphitheater, Judy realizes she forgot her bag. Inside, he finds several registration files for schools in the four corners of France.
Before starting work at the pop-up, Judy walks into the amphitheater and confides her discovery to Solal and Lionel. If the first thinks that Mateo just wants to put all the odds on his side, the second emphasizes that there is reason for concern because, according to him, long-distance relationships never work.
At the end of the day, Lionel reminds the listeners that the institute’s entrance exam is held in 2 weeks. A small group decides to go together and check out the CDI. During the discussion everyone talks about their celebrity. When it’s Mateo’s turn, he reflexively answers Zendaya before admitting it’s Tom Holland. Pleasantly surprised to see that no one is judging her, she tells Jude.
A little later, Judy finds Mateo in the park. He is spreading the word about announcements to other schools. Matteo explains that he wants to put all the odds on his side, but he definitely intends to pass the institute competition. Judy is relieved. Mateo then tells him that he wants to visit his friends. He arranged for them to meet at a bar next Thursday and wanted Jude to accompany him. The latter accepts without hesitation.
Carla and Berenice’s list causes problems
At the bottom of the stairs, Carla and Berenice are waiting for Penelope with the intention of removing Carla’s notebook, inside of which is a list of couples at the institute who are expected to break up.
When Penelope agrees to return the famous notebook, Carla takes it too roughly and throws the list on the ground. Penelope takes it. When he sees all the names of the couple written on it, he will understand that this is a classification. Carla and Berenia pretend this is their list of favorite couples. Penelope notices that the one training with Antoine is number 1.
Later, at the park, Jasmine and Jim come to complain to Carla and Berenice after hearing they were at the bottom of their rankings. The girls then admit to them that this is a list of couples who are most likely to break up. In fact, according to them, Jasmine and Jimmy are the strongest couple. They are excited. Sitting next to him, Penelope, who heard everything, confronts Carla and Berenica. They tell him not to take it personally. But the damage is done…
At the end of the day, Carla and Berenica receive the week’s schedule sent by Miriel. They find that they have no days in the kitchen. They’re either washing dishes, gardening, or managing inventory. When they meet Antoine to ask for an explanation, they realize it’s revenge.
