Allen comes out of his coma
After long days of uncertainty, Allen finally comes out of his coma, much to the delight of Flora and Elizabeth. After convincing the two women in his life that he was fine, the Doctor tries to figure out what happened. Elizabeth then tells him that she felt sick when she left the wedding. Happy to see him again, Elizabeth rushes to place the wedding ring on her finger before kissing her.
A few steps away, Janet and Evan inform Lauryn that she saved Allen’s life. As he was still doubting his skills a few days ago, Evan confirms that he has proven to be a very good doctor. Uncomfortable, Lorin pretends to be too tired to finish the conversation.
On the other hand, Ekaterine surprises Boris while packing his luggage. While he tries to figure out if he’s going on vacation, the young man says he missed it and that Allen is out of a coma. An angry Boris then accuses her of killing someone. In his eyes, he is much worse than Francois. Catherine then reminds him that the position he holds today is thanks to them that he earned it. Furious, she accuses him of betraying them by joining Bastide’s camp. When Boris threatens to report what he has done to the police, Catherine replies that she has nothing to lose because even her children have abandoned her. Boris then urges him to stop acting like his little victim, before specifying that he’s lucky they managed to save Allen. When her son is about to leave, Catherine tries to stop him, but to no avail. In fact, Boris never wants to see her again.
On his way out of the villa, the young man meets Lorin and tells her that he is leaving. While she begs him to stay for her, Boris instead advises her to break away from her toxic mother. Only Lauryn can’t. It must be said that Catherine was at the bottom after the death of Francois and therefore does not want to leave him alone. After giving Allen the news, Lauryn tells him what a good person he has become despite their parents. After taking her by the hand, Boris promises to call her soon.
Not far from there, Elizabeth and Allen take advantage of a moment alone to tell each other how much they love each other and then embrace each other tenderly.
At the end of the day, Elizabeth leaves her husband’s room and takes the opportunity to meet with Dr. Cresson to apologize to him for his behavior in recent days. As he doesn’t understand the story of Oleander’s poisoning, Evan explains to him that there were many of them at his wedding venue. When she tries to figure out how she knows all this, the doctor tells her that it was Lauryn who had this intuition and saved Allen’s life…
Alix and Ludo recover Tushido’s artwork
Alix and Ludo decide to break into Jose’s building to steal Tushido’s artwork. After scouting, the two friends go there, then wait for Jose to leave his warehouse to put on his black hoods and enter the building.
Obviously, Alix and Ludo activate the alarm by forcing the lockout. Stressed by the idea of José coming, Ludo urges Alix to leave. However, the latter refuses to leave without work. Fortunately, the gallery owner grabs the paintings before leaving. Mission accomplished!
