Bernardo Cantisano, an athlete from the Rio Tennis Academy, Rio de Janeiro, won the doubles title in the 16-year-old category of the Cosat tournament in Sao Paulo (SP), a points event in the South American ranking.
Cantisano and partner João Nogueira won three matches in the week and were champions after the WO of the pair Bruno Rodrigues and Rafael Garcia in the decision.
In the 14-year-old category, Pedro Novaes was defeated in the singles semi-final against Brazilian Kilian Postigo, seeded 1, with a score of 6/1 6/2.
The Rio Tennis Academy has a partnership with ENGIE, INNI, Joma, Kallas and Granado.
The Rio Tennis Academy is located in Rio de Janeiro, in Laranjeiras, and is one of the most modern tennis academies in Brazil with nine courts (six clay and three hard), with the entire infrastructure of the PFW system (Performance, Physio and Wellness) and also dormitories for the athletes.
