The Young and the Restless preview: recaps of episodes from Monday, September 9 to Friday, September 13, 2024 [SPOILERS]

Jack makes an incredible discovery

Jack thinks the text messages he’s been receiving may be related to Luann, his wife who died years ago, and their son Kemo. Phyllis offers to contact the latter, but he admits that he is no longer in contact with him… He decides to investigate anyway, only to discover that Kemo has just died!

Jack is devastated and overcome with remorse. Phyllis and Tracy stand by him in this ordeal. He decides to answer the mysterious messages he receives and always receives the same instructions: go to Los Angeles to find out everything. Jack then makes the choice to go there.

William questions Phyllis’s loyalty to the story, but Jack assures his brother that he only has his best interests at heart. He goes to her… Meanwhile, Victor wants to convince Nate to work at Newman and wants him to give her information about Ashland.

Victor pressures Adam

The doctor does not tell Victor anything. However, Nate agreed to eventually join Newman. Victor then discusses Ashland with Adam. He claims that his son is also spying on his son-in-law, but he refuses… Adam even thinks about leaving the company! The atmosphere between them is tense.

Victoria asks Sally to prove herself to Newman. He also questions her about Adam and questions their relationship… After a while, Adam is still upset about his father and confides in Sally. He tries to cheer her up, promising that Victor will admire her one day.

Adam finally decides to track down Ashland, but only to drop her off with Victoria rather than please her father. The two men make peace, and Victor believes that his son is proof of his loyalty. But Victor wants to calm the situation with Victoria and orders Adam to feel at home in Newman. Obviously, he avoids…

Ashland finally took off his mask

Michael finally discovers the truth about Ashland and reveals everything to Victor: the businessman paid the clinic to falsify his medical records to reveal that he has cancer! Victor shares this information with Nick. He is shocked and confused. He asks Victor to be very careful around Victoria.

Ashland senses something is up and wants to talk to the doctor who helped him before Victoria learns the truth. He also asked his wife to be named co-director of Newman, and she accepted. Nicky overhears their conversation and worries about her daughter, who doesn’t know that Ashland is lying about her cancer.

Nick insists that his daughter talk to Victor about Ashland’s nomination. In turn, Victor learns other information about Victoria’s husband, which confirms his illegal activities. He reveals what he knows to an angry Nick and Adam. Victor promises them that he will take care of everything himself…

Dominic will get over it

William continues to mistrust Ashland and this strains his relationship with Victoria. Annoyed, she decides not to have a relationship with her ex. Lily tries to comfort William and advises him to ignore Ashland forever. Jack’s brother starts working on a podcast at the same time, but has self-doubt…once again, Lily supports him as he continues to question himself.

Lily also calls Devon to suggest they start the same company together: Hamilton-Winters. His brother is very surprised and does not seem to be in favor of this idea at first glance. However, he will think about it. Amanda advises him to accept the deal if only to pay tribute to Neal.

Abby, Chance, and Devon are assigned to take care of Dominic. The ex-soldier also thanks Lily’s brother for taking part in the sick baby’s life. Chance informs Abby that she is going to seek help for PTSD. He asks Sharon for recommendations. In the end, doctors check Dominic and decide that the child is from the forest!
