If he didn’t expect to see Justine again, Baptiste realizes that he is still attracted to her. He returns home when a young woman takes over as beach lifeguard.

The next day, Baptiste takes the lead with Emma, ​​as the latter favors her job search over spending time with Mattie, who has checked in at a recreation center.

Baptiste then finds Justin on the beach. They admit that this mission is taking a toll on them, especially as they hear reports of fires breaking out in the region. But they are forced to stay on the beach and tend to a gentleman who complains of sunburn. Later, Baptiste sees Justine being harassed by a group of boys. He intervenes as if he is her husband. The group finally leaves him alone.
