The Civil Police/RS, through the 1st DIN/DENARC, under the coordination of Delegate Alencar Carraro, this Thursday morning (12/09), arrested a man red-handed for drug trafficking and illegal possession of a firearm in the Canudos neighborhood, in the city of Novo Hamburgo.
During the execution of the precautionary measure, over 2,000,000 ecstasy pills, marijuana, approximately 100 grams of MDMA, as well as a firearm were seized.
According to delegate Carraro, each pill is sold at parties for R$ 80.00, with the seizure generating a loss of over R$ 160,000.00 for organized crime.

The 29-year-old prisoner, with a history of attempted murder and threats, was sent to the prison system.
