It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Monday 23 September 2024 Episode 1008 [SPOILERS]

Thibaut leaves the institute to go to Lille

While Jimmy goes to his roommate to get the charger, Jasmine takes the opportunity to grab it and try to discuss what happened. Indeed, the day before, Jimmy had fallen into a trap set up by Cleo and heard over the phone that Jasmine and Thibaut were kissing.

Jasmine tells her boyfriend exactly how things happened, pointing out that it was Thibault who tried to kiss her, not the other way around. But Jim has a hard time trusting her because she lied to him about it and claimed she was drinking with Cleo.

A little later, at the institute, Cleo meets Jim and admires his bad mood. His plan seems to be working perfectly.

At the park, Thibault joins Jim to have a discussion with him. He announces that he is going to Lille today. So he wants to go and calm the situation with his brother. He tries to explain the situation to her, but Jimmy balks. The Leros are ready to clash until their father intervenes to break them up.

Suleiman and Malik then come to support Thibault, whose last days at the institute have been full of upheaval. While thinking about this, Suleiman also begins to experience a strange situation. He asks his friend to look at Juliet’s profile.

After which Thibault returns home to start packing his things. When Jimmy returns, Mark insists that he talk to his brother, at the risk of regretting it if he lets her go without reconciling with him. Thibault then confesses to his brother that he was really trying to kiss Jasmine, whom he still loved. He adds that he wants to go to Lille so that he can really move on and not ruin his relationship with his brother forever. But in Jimmy’s eyes, it’s too late.

In turn, Jasmine confides in Cleo, hoping her boyfriend won’t bother her for long. Cleo then advises her friend not to think about it anymore, and then urges her to say goodbye to Thibaut before she leaves for Lille as a memorial to their relationship. Jasmine, afraid of making things worse with Jim, finally allows herself to be convinced.

He goes to the Leroys to say goodbye to Thibaut. She is very impressed with his gesture. Jasmine wishes him all the best for the future. As they hug, Jasmine notices Jimmy watching them.

At the end of the day, after Thibault leaves, Suleiman goes to Jim to share his suspicions about the rift between the two brothers and Jasmine. He specifically reveals that he grilled Cleo on the dating app that Thibaut was using when he met Juliet. Moreover, Souleymane shows Jim that the profile photo used is actually a photo from an ad. Jimmy notices that the model’s tattoo resembles some of Cleo’s drawings in her notebook.

The two boys are already convinced: Cleo is behind Juliet’s false profile and has planned everything from the beginning to keep Jimmy away from Jasmine. Jim wants to stop her at any cost…

Carla learns that Colin is her cousin

In the park, Rose and Coleen almost bump into each other by accident. Rose then notices that her niece has kept up her hot chocolate habit. Colin is surprised that he remembers such details. He then asks if Carla knows about the situation. Rose assures him that she will find time to talk to him.

During lunch, Rose approaches Carla and Berenica in the park to ask her daughter to see her later that evening for a private discussion. Carla says she plans to go to the movies with her boyfriend. But at Rose’s insistence, Berenia suggests postponing the evening.

Later, at the commissary, Carla begins imagining worst-case scenarios about the announcement her mother wants to make to her. Berenia tries to calm him down. But Carla is so impatient that she calls her mother to tell her right away. Rose then tells him that Coline is her cousin. Carla is shocked.

A new championship will be held in the institute!

In Double A, Laetitia is relishing her new role as a butler. She suggests that Sabree attach a tablet to Cassette to help him take customers’ orders, thus saving him from carrying plates. Although he asks all the students to provide details on the day’s meal, Gaspard criticizes him instead of listening. So much so that during the service, the young man cannot answer the customer’s questions about the meal of the day. Letitia steps in to save the situation.

After the service, Laetitia tells Stanislas what happened. The latter congratulates him on his first day as head waiter. He also says that he is very confident about his future progress.

In the afternoon, Stanislas gathers the students at Double A to announce to them that the 2024 Interscholastic Butler Championship will be held at the Auguste Armand Institute in about ten days. Only one student will have the opportunity to represent the institute in this very tough competition.

Penelope notices that this news makes Laetitia happy. He admits that he is sure that Stanislas will choose him to represent the institute. Indeed, unlike Bill, who is studying at an institute, Letitia’s studies end in December and she will not have a diploma. Therefore, winning the championship is a great opportunity for a young woman to gain legitimacy.
