GungHo Online Entertainment has announced LUNAR Remastered Collection, set for release in Q2 2025 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Switch, and Xbox One.
The collection includes remastered versions of the classic games LUNAR: Silver Star Story and LUNAR 2: Eternal Blue, featuring improved graphics and audio, as well as quality-of-life gameplay features.
Talking more about each of the games, LUNAR: Silver Star Story introduces Alex, an aspiring Dragonmaster who teams up with his friends to battle the Magic Emperor and stop him from dominating the world.
In the case of LUNAR 2: Eternal Blue, it all begins a thousand years after the events of the first game and follows Hiro and his friends as they set out to find the goddess Althena alongside an enigmatic girl named Lucia. During the mission, the heroes must face enemies such as Borgan and the White Knight Leo, who are after the group to eradicate what they believe to be the “Moon Destroyer”.
