Joker: Delirium for Two opens in Brazilian cinemas

Long-awaited sequel to the 2019 hit film, Joker: Delirium for Twostarring Joaquin Phoenix (Napoleon) and Lady Gaga (A Star Is Born), opens in Brazilian cinemas starting this Wednesday, October 2nd.

What is the story of Joker: Delirium for Two?

In Joker: Delirium for Twowhich is a musical, Arthur Fleck (Joaquin Phoenix) is admitted to Arkham Sanitarium while awaiting trial for his crimes such as Joker. As he struggles with his dual identity, Arthur ends up encountering true love, in the form of Harley Quinn (Lady Gaga), and finds the music that has always been inside him.

Who else is in the cast of Joker: Delirium for Two?

In addition to Joaquin Phoenix, Zazie Beetz also returns in the second film as Sophie Drummondthe villain’s romantic interest in the first film. Among the new features, Lady Gaga is the main addition, but it also gains the company of Brendan Gleeson (The Banshees of Inisherin), Jacob Lofland (A Son), Catherine Keener (Run!), Ken Leung (Lost) and Harry Lawtey (The Pale Blue Eye).
