Despite real housewives Former Jen Shah recently reached a plea deal in her federal fraud case, reality stars Todd and Julie Chrisley have given up that option to forgo a trial. The couple pleaded not guilty to 12 counts of bank fraud, tax evasion and other charges brought against them and tried to prove their innocence during their recent trial in June. However, the jury ultimately found them guilty in all respects, and now that she had a few weeks to hear the news, her daughter Savannah Chrisley spoke in more detail about a new philosophy of life she developed following the beliefs of his parents.
The 24-year-old has long been a staple of USA Network’s family reality series. Chrisley knows bestand his spin-off with his brother Chase called raise Chrissley. Everyone looked happy as ever in the first trailer for the main show’s ninth season, which is currently airing, but apparently appearances can be deceiving. Technically, Todd and Julie Chrisley were first indicted in 2019, then again in early 2022 after filming officially wrapped for the final season. Speaking of his mother and father Chrisley’s confession podcast (opens in a new tab), the usually “cheeky” TV personality admitted that he basically needed to live in the moment because of the annoyance. She said,
So much has happened in life that I don’t even know where to start. But you have to take it as it comes, and you have to take it day by day. This is where we are.
So overall, the Chrisleys are doing their best. But part of that means addressing the negative stories generated about them by the press and public criticism. Savannah Chrisley pointed out on the podcast the imbalance between people becoming more sensitive even when public interactions have become completely desensitized. In her words:
I think with everything we’ve had and what we’re going through right now, it’s hard to live in the world we live in. Which is very shocking to me because I feel people are becoming more and more sensitive over time. And so how you become more sensitive to your emotions but less sensitive to other people’s emotions is mind blowing to me. Because I feel that’s what we’ve been dealing with. This is what I have experienced, personally. The things that people have been saying since it all fell apart are just confusing.
Savannah Chrisley bluntly accused most viewers of being “uninformed” about the fraud case. Also included hizo referencia a las acusaciones circulantes sobre la supuesta historia de amor gay de su padre con un co-conspirador que se publicitaron nuevamente pendante el juicio, saying that “hablar sobre lasexualidad de alguien o hablar sobre su caÃda” as a simply hecho ” it’s not the truth”. Chrisley’s youngest daughter urged listeners to “give them a chance” to tell their side of the story in due course.
When she broke her silence about Todd and Julie Chrisley’s convictions in June, Savannah initially reacted by saying that life was “so cruel.” But she was also clear in her opinion of her that the judicial system had “failed” her family and that she intended to challenge the verdicts in court. The Chrisley knows best The star then added that she is actually “grateful” for the legal issues as they have strengthened her faith and relationships within her family. In the latest heart-to-heart envelope Chrisley’s confessionshe seemed convinced that her famous parents would get away with it again:
The hateful things people leave behind literally push me against the wall, but I’ve also learned that for every negative comment, there are 12 positives. So I have to take the positive people and support and deal with it. And at the end of the day, we are tied up and determined to win in life. It doesn’t matter all the negative things that have happened. If we can keep doing the right thing, treat people well, and stand up for our truth, then you win.
Todd and Julie Chrisley also broke their silence on the subject in June, if only to make it clear to the patriarch that they could not yet discuss some details relating to the fraud and other convictions. However, he considered it “a very sad and heartbreaking moment”. Obviously, they expect a “miracle” to happen.
Currently, the spouses are under house arrest in Georgia until the October sentence, when they could potentially receive up to 30 years in prison. During, Chrisley knows best continues to air season 9 amid these legal issues on the 2022 television schedule: Thursday on USA Network. (Season 10, however, is an entirely different story at this point.)
