Does Karim have feelings for Romy?
At Russell’s house, Jack wakes up to find that Ryana has been up all night because of a letter from her father that they found torn up in the trash the day before. Ryan is completely confused. Although Jack encourages her to speak directly to Karim and Romi for an explanation, her boyfriend is still very angry with them for doing so.
At the police station, Georges suggests that Karim contact their colleagues in Paris to ask for Malik’s knowledge file. They believe that the person who stole the bag left for Ryan was one of his associates and that he tried to get hold of a CD containing account numbers overseas.
A little later Rom realizes that the letter is no longer in the trash. He immediately calls Karim and puts him in touch with the rabbit that Ryan gave him that morning. He is sure that his son read the letter. Kareem reassures her and suggests that she talk to Ryan calmly once he gets home.
After hanging up, Karim joins Georges, who questions him about Rome’s relationship. Kareem says they didn’t stay together long when they were young, but then they got closer when Ryan confided in her. However, he tells his colleague that he has no feelings for her and that he is helping her because she is a member of his family.
At the end of the day, Ryan returns home and confronts Romy and Kareem about Malik’s letter. He is especially angry with his uncle for keeping it to himself. He then tries to find out what his mother’s secret is. The latter replies that he does not know anything about it, rather he suspects that Malik wanted to create problems between them in order to take revenge. He apologizes to Ryan for not showing him the letter. Karim tells his nephew to calm down, go ahead and enjoy his 18th birthday party.
Later, Romy and Jack take care of preparing Ryan’s birthday party at Spoon. But Jack gets a message from a friend who says he won’t be coming.
In the evening, Rome begins to worry about the absence of her son. Karim comforts her. As they grow closer, Ryan returns to the apartment and surprises them. Despite her mother’s denial, she concludes that they are together. A terrified teenager takes refuge in his room…

But Liam doesn’t stop there. He questions Violetta about it as he realizes that Lilu has been lying to him. But Violet protects her friend’s secret. After which she confides in Bastien, fearing that Liam will eventually discover the truth.
Later, Liam calls Octave and suggests that he break up with Lilu, whom he accuses of mythomania. She joins the conversation and asks Liam to go away and leave her alone. After finishing, Octave wants to reassure the young girl: he will always be there to help her.
