The triumphal return
At 78 years old, The pop legend took to the stage on Tuesday (15th), in the long-awaited return of the event, which was canceled in 2019 after criticism over its failure to be included. In her performance, Cher chose two of her biggest hits: the classics “Believe” AND “Strong enough”.
This year, the show featured an all-female musical lineup, a significant change celebrated by Cher and her colleagues. “It’s a woman’s world, so it’s understandable that you can’t have a fashion show without the mother of fashion herself, Cher!” wrote the brand in a post on Instagram.

On the pink carpet, the singer downplayed her outfit, telling host Olivia Culpo, “don’t expect too much.” Accompanied by her boyfriend, Alexander Edwards, 37, the couple posed affectionately for the cameras. Cher and Alexander have been together since 2022, after meeting at Paris Fashion Week – parade in which the Brazilian Anitta participated this year. Edwards, in addition to being a rapper, is an executive at Universal Music Group and has worked with several artists, including Tyga.
