Hugo, the medical examiner, confirms to Manu that Bruno Drie did indeed die by hanging. On the other hand, the autopsy revealed multiple bruises in various places on the body, indicating a struggle. He has no doubt that this is murder, Drie was knocked unconscious before being hanged.

In turn, Enzo confides his sentimental problems to Kira. He did not understand why Awore refused to kiss him and asked him to forget. Kira thinks the young woman is lost because of her history with her father and advises her to take her time. Enzo agrees with him, but can’t help but think that he screwed things up.

Becker tells Cecil that Drie has been killed. For him, Philippe Vernoil is no stranger to this crime. But Commissioner Becker doesn’t share his opinion. He thinks drug dealers are doing a big sweep to silence witnesses. Judge Alphand, not wanting to have any more bodies on his hands, pressures him to move the investigation forward as quickly as possible.

In turn, Manu questions Philippe Verneil, who is revolted at being accused in this way. He then shows her the portraits of the traffickers, but she rejects their identity. Manu insists and warns her, these people are dangerous and they may attack her and not allow her to speak.

Vernoy then asks for police protection, but Manu believes that he is not risking anything if he has nothing to do with this traffic. The policeman advises him to think carefully and leaves. Florent, witnessing the scene, is less and less convinced of his client’s innocence. The latter replies that he must trust him, otherwise it is a lie.

Manu received information from a Spanish policeman friend about a gang of drug dealers identified by Europol. It came back to a Spanish woman who lives in Montpellier and who connects the two: Pilar Otero. They will start looking for him.

Akim, who has not yet understood Lucille’s statement, does not end his problems. The young woman tells him that she is traveling to Barcelona the next day to meet the correspondent she has to replace. He wants to take the opportunity to visit the apartments and offers to accompany Akim.

The latter is furious to be confronted with the deed and explains to him that he cannot solve everything overnight. He scolds her for only thinking about him. But he convinces her otherwise. As proof of this, he started looking at the safes there. Akime then realizes that he doesn’t really know her and angrily goes to the police station.

On the other hand, Noémie, Rémi and Alice take part in the demonstration and block the entrance to the petrochemical plant of the Mondial Bitume group. Ludo joins them because he wants to see and talk to Noemi. But the young woman has nothing to say to him.

To intimidate the environmental demonstrators, Mondial Bitum calls the police, who are Thierry and Akim, who arrive at the scene. Then they ask Noemi and his associates to leave. While Akim attacks the young woman, the latter calmly explains to him that they are out of company.

Tension rises and Noemi begins to provoke the two police officers. Ludo, ever present, intervenes, but Akim asks him not to. Surprised to see that they know each other, Noemi begins to abuse the policeman, who arrests him for insulting an officer.

At the police station, Akim decides to send Noemi to a cell. She protests, explaining to him that she has to take care of her animals, but he replies that she should have thought before insulting him.
