It All Begins Here: What’s in store for Friday 18 October 2024 Episode 1027 [SPOILERS]

Friday, October 18, everything starts here…

Letitia leaves the Institute in Paris

After the reconciliation, Stanislaus and Laetitia are on cloud nine. Determined to stay at the institute with her partner, Laetitia talks to Lionel about this before going to work. The young man confronts Stanislaus about this and accuses him of taking Laetitia away from her chance at life. He sympathizes with her situation, having experienced the same with Kelly, but he encourages Stanislaus to let Laetitia go to Paris so she can take a chance on life.

In turn, Laetitia meets with Billy, who is informed about staying at the institute. However, the young girl makes sure that Laetitia does not regret it. He says that he is confident in himself. Billy then takes the opportunity to ask Leticia to replace him at the next luncheon, which she accepts.

In Double A, Laetitia notices White, the cook, supposed to be her colleague in Paris, sitting at a table. After which “Laetitia” helps to answer some very specific questions of Sabri users. The boy thanks him and points out that he really should have won the Butler Championship. All of this is not lost on Chief White.

At the end of the lunch, Chef White takes Laetitia aside to encourage her to think a little more before turning down the maître d’hôtel position in Paris. In fact, she admits that she really wants to work with him and expresses how perfect she would be for the position. As the chef leaves, Lionel and Billy question Leticia about her feelings. The latter is completely lost because she is afraid of losing Stanislas. Lionel and Billy then reveal to him that he was the one who called Chief White.

Laetitia finds Stanislas outside and confesses that she is at a loss for what to do. His companion declares that he deserves to fly and shine. Therefore, Laetitia agrees to go to Paris that evening, specifying that she does not want a long-distance relationship. Stanislas respects her choice. A couple is kissing.

A little later, Antoine throws a farewell party at the Double A. Laetitia toasts with Clotilda, who wishes him well, asks Alice and Hortense to take care of Stanislas while he’s gone, and then assures Lionel that he will always be with him and his sisters. . Finally, Laetitia begins a moving speech to thank everyone. He receives the “World’s Best Maître d’Hôtel” mug from Antoine.

Then it’s time to pack. While Alice and Hortense load their suitcases into the trunk of a taxi, Laetitia says goodbye to Stanislaus. He gets into a taxi, but gets out moments later to throw his companion into his arms and kiss him one last time. When she leaves for good, Stanislaus can’t hide his emotion…

Judy runs a laboratory restaurant

In the atelier, Enzo holds a lottery for the first young master chef who will lead the restaurant-laboratory for a month. This is Judy. Mehdi, Amy and Quentin are part of his crew. So Enzo instructs them to prepare a menu that he will come and taste a little later.

Judy admits to her team that she didn’t have time to think about the menu. Mehdi suggests finding ideas together. Judy suggests working on contrasts to reflect his story as a young man who came from the North to study in the South.

So Jude gives Enzo a Camargue stew. After the test, the latter declares that it does not meet the standards and does not reflect his personality enough. Judy thought more. He explains that he always felt invisible until people tried to dig a little deeper to get to know him. Then he got the idea to make a sweet and savory show.

Penelope proves good faith to her comrades

A little later, Penelope finds Antoine, who notices that his hair is wet. He suspects her of involvement in the institute’s swimming pool challenge and accuses her of being immature.

In the evening, Penelope and Antoine meet at his house. The young woman explains to him what the OZ app is and also the desire to have fun. But Antoine discovers that she is behaving like a child. Irritated, he goes for fresh air. Penelope throws her coat at him, which falls to the ground by the door. From her pocket, Penelope sees that the box containing the ring has fallen. Was Antoine going to propose to her?
