A real champion in many categories for several years, the sparkling Lightning McQueen is one of the fastest racing cars in the world. But during the Dinoco 400, the final race of the season, he crossed the finish line at exactly the same time as two of his strongest rivals: Chick Hicks and the man we nicknamed The King.
A new event will be held in Los Angeles a week later to decide between the three winners. But when McQueen goes there to train, the truck transporting him falls asleep on the highway, and the young champion suddenly finds himself in the middle of nowhere, in a small, traditional Route 66 town called Radiator Springs.

After toys, insects, monsters, fish and superheroes, now it’s time to focus on cars for the artists of Pixar studios. A topic that is particularly close to the heart of one of the company’s founders, John Lasseter, whose mother was a plastic arts teacher and whose father was a car dealer.
So, combining the passions of his two parents, he’s directing the studio’s 7th feature: an animated film featuring… cars.
The first Pixar production since Bob Iger was appointed head of Disney and the official takeover of Pixar (which significantly softened relations between the two companies), Cars reiterated what had already been the precedent for each film. The magic of Pixar
Equipped with a very effective plot and driven by particularly attractive characters, Pixar’s animated road trip is also a real visual punch. The quality of the animation, along with the fun and inventive design of the protagonists (whose windshields become eyes) automatically transport the viewer to another world that is not so far away from them.
So once the screening is over, upon returning to the theater parking lot, we can’t help but take a few moments to admire all the cars there. It’s impossible to watch them like before after experiencing the cars!
